Ecosikh Ireland is organising a team volunteering day planting native trees at Lough Dan (Lough Dan Scout Centre) , Co. Wicklow, on Sunday 22nd February 2026.
Please only complete this form if you are genuinely interested in attending, as places are limited and we want to offer them to those who are keen to take part.

Approximate time: around 12pm
Activity: Planting native trees and hedgerow saplings in a woodland setting
Cost to volunteers: Free to attend (you just cover your own travel / lunch if needed)
What to expect
Youβll be guided on the day, no experience needed
Weβll be planting native trees and hedgerow
Expect muddy boots, fresh air, and a good sense of achievement
The work is gentle to moderate and you can take breaks as needed
What to bring
Warm layers and waterproof jacket
Wellies are a must
Gloves (if you have them)
Spade

Places may be capped at around 15β20 people, so if youβre interested, please let us know as soon as you can.

Freedom Forest Tree plantation, Greystones
Ecosikh Ireland and Reforest Nation are coming together once again to plant over 10,000 Irish native trees in Greystones, Wicklow on 18th Feb. The event is from 11:00 am -5:00 pm on Saturday.
Please bring warm clothing, wellies, shovels, water bottles and a raincoat if required. Vegetarian food/snacks will be provided to the volunteers.
